CWA AIA, Inc. has extensive experience with the California Division of State Architect. CWA has completed over twenty (20) projects for the Glendale Unified School District, Santa Monica Malibu Unified School District, Los Angeles Community College and Glendale Community College all of which were processed through the Division of the State Architect. Their experience with master planning for a district-wide construction and modernization planning process begins with clearly stated goals and a well-defined building program. They have completed many successful projects involving modernization upgrades to all the major systems of the project. Their experience with many building types and the process of working with existing buildings is an important part of qualifications for the Los Angeles City College District. CWA's experience includes complex phasing to address maintaining service through the construction phase of the project.
