CWA's approach to Parking Structures and associated on-site and off-site work is to develop the best solution for the project that takes into consideration not only the final design but also the least impact during the construction of the project. Involving the General Contractor early in the pre-construction design phase provides an opportunity for a collaborative, relationship-based approach which can result in a more efficient work flow.  This involvement by the GC early in the process ensures that the best value is ultimately delivered.
